Same to you.... I hope to be able to jam with ya sooner than later. Taking lessons (from a recent Berklee Grad, books and YouTube clips). Looking like we might be able to jam on Sep 28th, 2018 (for me to try to keep up with you). Don't know, yet....

Naaa! as long as you stick with it, you will progress faster than you think. If you want to just get together so I can teach you some of the less technical things let me know. I can't teach you theory, which is important, but I can show you technique which is equally important. There are lots of Berkley people that know all of the music theory but can't just sit down and jam with someone. I myself would rather be able to do that.

I agree with you. Even Sylvan said it's all about ease of finger movement. Frankly, I'd rather take the path of least resistance.....
