Took in a '91 Gibson Les Paul Classic over the weekend. It's not a "Standard". Brief research indicates it's an early 1991 model as it says "Les Paul Model" on the headstock (versus later models that said "Les Paul Classic"). It also has "1960" on the pickguard. I believe it to be one of the unofficial reissues of the original Les Paul Classic.
Anyway ... it has locking tuners of a type I haven't seen before. The top of the tuning peg has a slotted head, obviously for a screwdriver, but I can't turn it. I don't want to break anything and don't want to force it.
Anybody familiar with this type of locking tuning peg? How does it work?

Thanks for your help Sylvan. Ordered the correct ones today. They should be here later this week.
