Been having some fun at the shop.
Dave Foley (those in this area probably know of him) has been recording a new series of original songs written by him. He has been collaborating on this effort with Donnie Herron of the Bob Dylan band who has contributed several tracks to be mixed into the upcoming CD release.
To ensure the album's success, yours truly recorded an intro to the lead album song yesterday at the shop with Dave handling the recording gear. Fine job, if I say so myself. It consists of a single "E" chord, struck at the beginning of the song. Looked like we were done until we realized the song was done in the key of "G", so several retakes were in order.
The finished recordings are now off to be professionally mixed and mastered for the CD release.
I am available to sign autographs at the shop from 11am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. ;D

It looks like you're finally on the road to recovery, Dick. Soon you'll be wearing a scarf tied arround your head and sweat bands on your wrists....
