Work has begun on the expanded Re-Tunes shop. When complete, a doorway from the existing shop will connect to this much larger facility.
More gear, more accessories and some big surprises are in store!Removing the old tiles:Painting walls, awaiting carpeting:

Sounds great to me, Richard. maybe you can get Tom on stage now..... We just might take him up on his offer and have him *build* the stage. Actually, no. We've already contracted a local builder and guitar player to do the framing. RCE

I commend you on this venture Richard. I think the expansion will serve icely not only for Re-Tunes, but the local music community as well.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Tom yesterday, and he said he visited your place and saw your project. He's quite impressed with your ideas. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress myself.
BTW, he told me it would be well worth my time to fly out for your Grand Opening. I'll be watching and checking the calendar.

You could always take the St. Lawrence Seaway on your new floating party boat. When you get to the Atlantic, turn right and follow the coast. You should probably leave this afternoon if you want to be here on opening day. RCE

That looks great so far, Dick. I'll have to swing by this weekend and check it out.

LOL. Taht reminds me of the movie "Kingdom of Heaven where the kid says to go to jerusalem to defend the crusades:
"Go south to where they speak italian, then go south some more...."
Or something like that.
But actually Richard. I suppose we could pull the pontoon in the room and have a portable 8x30 foot stage, complete with lounge chairs.
;D
